Store Policies
Orders are typically mailed via USPS First Class, both domestic and internationally, unless otherwise noted.
This includes tracking in the US and tracking while the item is in the US, but due to the differences in international postal systems I cannot guarantee tracking outside the US for the package.
If you need to cancel your order, you will be subject to a fee.
Paypal now does not issue 100% refunds on orders, instead keeping the fee they charge for processing. Should you need to cancel your order, you will not be receiving that amount back. The same will apply to Stripe should they implement a similar policy.
Once the order leaves my hands, I am not responsible for it.
Although rare, it does happen that an order may be lost in the post. Unless there is insurance on the order, there is nothing I can do about it. I am also not responsible for any damage that may occur in transit – you know your postal system best, let me know if there’s any instructions I should include on your order to ensure a safe delivery. If you have trouble with home delivery, consider having the package sent to your workplace or a similar alternative.
I am not responsible for any extra fees that may occur via customs, issues with delivery, etc.
PLEASE let me know of any special requests or provisions for delivery! Orders will not be marked as “gifts” on customs. If an order is sent back to me, I will not pay out of pocket to have it re-sent.
